 Pastor Tim Allen

Pastor Tim joined the Tipton Baptist leadership as Senior Pastor in September 2016. Pastor Tim and his wife Dawn have 5 children: Josiah, Caleb, Lydia, Hannah, and Eden. This is Pastor Tim’s testimony:

“I grew up as a pastor’s kid in Gorham, New Hampshire, then in Skowhegan, Maine where I graduated from high school.  I trusted in Jesus to save me when I was just 5 years old, and God’s hand has protected and guided throughout my life.  After attending New Brunswick Bible Institute in Canada and a 4-and-a-half-year overseas stint with the US Air Force, God convincingly directed me to Lancaster Bible College.  LBC is where God began to give clear direction- – or maybe I started paying closer attention!  While I was burdened for the lost all over the world at an early age, my passion is for the church to be the church that God called it to be.  I desired to go with CrossWorld and teach young men how to be pastors, but God directed me to serve 8 years bi-vocationally at First Baptist Church of New Holland (PA), then serve as the preacher for 6 months for Berks Bible Church in Shillington, PA while the senior pastor battled pancreatic cancer.  It is now my privilege to equip God’s people for ministry, and I look forward to serving together with the people of God to reach those who do not yet know him.”

 Pastor Brandon Frazeur

Pastor Brandon Frazeur joined our team in Spring 2013 as the Youth Pastor and is also the overseer of the Children’s Ministry. He and his wife Ashley have two children, Kieran and Kairi. Pastor Brandon’s testimony:

“I am very fortunate to have grown up in a Christian home where my Father was and still is my role model, not just physically but spiritually. I accepted Christ when I was 5. I can still remember kneeling beside my bed and asking God to forgive me of my sin and that I wanted to spend forever with Him. Due to my Dad’s many different ministry experiences, I had the opportunity to be exposed to and witness first hand Youth, Children’s, Music and even Camping Ministry as well as how they operated. My senior year in high-school God made it very clear to me that I should study his Word alone, and so I attended Word of Life Bible Institute and finished both their 1st and 2nd Year courses. God put into me the desire for youth ministry while working at Word of Life’s youth camp called The Island. I continued schooling at Baptist Bible College (now Clarks Summit University) and graduated there with a Bachelor’s in Specialized Biblical Studies. I love working with teens and look forward to my CREW every week!”
